About the Activity
This activity is based on the What’s The “Take Home”?® case, “Elderly Man With Late-Night Confusion and Hypoglycemia,” in the journal CONSULTANT. It is developed from an identified educational need for information about practical management issues in the practice of primary care medicine. This activity has been developed and approved under the direction of CME LLC.

Learning Objective

What’s The “Take Home”?® fills the need of primary care physicians for cases that hone their problem-solving skills in various areas of diagnosis and management.

Target Audience

This activity targets primary care physicians and other clinicians who practice in the primary care setting. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants are encouraged to check with their respective recertification organizations regarding credit for this activity.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of CME LLC and Cliggott Publishing Group.
