What’s Your Position on Wound Closure?

To make wound closure easier, position the patient so that the wound “points” to your solar plexus or xyphoid process. This will ensure it is at an ergonomic height and that it is perpendicular to the plane of your body.

This is a joke question?  Any available access to the wound which is comfortable for the provider and the patient is the right position.  Unless you are underway on a ship.  Then the provider wins because they have to go with the roll. sew fast my friend sew fast.
