Persons with sleep insufficiency are more likely to have chronic diseases and a variety of other health problems. Mortality is increased, and quality of life and productivity are diminished.

If you do not stay alert to the perils of sleep deprivation, you may not be able to give patients the good advice they need. Take this test as a wake-up call.
