History:

A patient in her mid-40’s presents to the hospital with palpitations for the past 2 hours. She feels light-headed but denies syncope, chest pain, SOB, fever, cough or other complaints.

Exam:

Vital signs are normal except for a pulse of 118. The physical exam is otherwise normal with clear lungs and no peripheral edema.
