History:

A man in his mid-60’s with a history of lung cancer presents to the hospital with progressive worsening SOB for 2 months but especially in the past 1 week

He denies syncope, palpitations, chest pain, or fever but has had a mild cough.

Exam:

Vital signs are normal except for pulse ~120 and BP ~95/60
