Finally, remibrutinib, an oral BTK inhibitor, works downstream of receptor activation, blocking the intracellular signaling enzyme mast cells require to degranulate regardless of which upstream trigger initiated the cascade, a mechanism described as the most intuitive of the three. It is compared to a master switch that shuts down the final common pathway leading to histamine release, offering a unifying rationale for its broad effectiveness across multiple disease drivers and a clear way to explain treatment choice to patients.
